The 100X Leader Summit
As an integral part of the 2019 National Health Science Conference, Institute for Educational Excellence (IEE) will be offered as one of the pre-conference sessions.
The 100X Leader Summit is a special NCHSE Academy designed to help leaders climb to their highest potential and then show others how to do the same.
A recent global survey concluded that 9 out of 10 people believe there is a leadership crisis in all levels of organizations. From society at large to family to schools and associations, followers are crying out for leaders worth following.
The 100X Leader one-day experience is designed to give leaders the tools, methods, and insights to grow the health of their own leadership to 100% and then multiply it through each circle of influence.
During the 100X Leader Academy, you will learn:
- What a 100X leader is and why they are so important to every organization
- Your leadership voice and the role of nature, nurture and choice in building and undermining influence
- How leaders are “Sherpas” and guides that equip followers to climb to success
- How to create an atmosphere of growth and high performance
- How to know yourself to lead yourself
- How to manage expectations
- The science of multiplication
